Responsible for the general administration and development of the choir as an organisation and its promotion (not concert-related) in synergy with the comms team. This team should seek to engage local businesses for Phoenix to chart their community needs via the choir, network with other organisations to arrange mutual benefits or programmes such as social prescribing, management and promotion of the commercial interface of the choir (including ceremonial opportunities), source key healthcare workers in local care trusts, care homes and within the community to identify opportunities to combat social isolation and identify other ways in which our Constitutional goals can be met
